RETURNS/REFUNDS

All sales are final once an item has been purchased. We will only offer a refund if an item is faulty and you are able to show evidence after receiving. Please ensure you have checked our size guide before purchasing and if you are unsure drop us an email.

SHIPPING

All garments are handmade to order.

Please allow 2–4 weeks from the date of purchase for your order to be made and prepared for shipment. Once your order has been completed, it will be dispatched and tracking details will be provided via email.

If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing. In some cases, we may be able to accommodate a faster turnaround depending on current production schedules.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply upon arrival in your country. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
